Castelauro was born from the desire to bottle stories. We honor our roots, our family heritage and the art of careful crafting. Our liquors are not simply drinks, but a tribute to those who preceded us and to the lands that inspire our essence.
Castelauro is the name given to the natives of Castilla de Oro (Panama in the 16th century). They were the pillar that helped to raise our isthmus during the colonial period, enduring every hardship of their time.
Inspired by that same brave, resilient spirit, at Castelauro we turn each bottle into a statement of identity. We embrace the craft, focusing on capturing every aroma, every subtle note.
Each harvest, each distillation, and every moment of aging in oak is part of a living legacy.
We believe that opening a bottle should also open a conversation, a memory, a feeling.
Because for us, crafting spirits is our way of preserving liquid memory.

Our spirits are crafted with a purpose: to celebrate the legacy that inspires us, to share it with authenticity, and to connect with those who value what’s genuine. Here, every sip has an origin, a story, and a meaning. And to us, that changes everything.
