Mojito

A vibrant and refreshing Cuban cocktail with mint and lime.

🍸 Ingredients

  • 🥃 60 ml of EL GALANTE PLATA rum

  • 🌿 12–15 fresh mint leaves.

  • 🍬 2 teaspoons of sugar or 15 ml of simple syrup🍯.

  • 🍈 30 ml of fresh lime juice.

  • 💦 Club soda or sparkling water.

  • 🧊 Ice.

🥃 Cocktail Preparation

1️⃣ In a sturdy glass 🥃, gently muddle the mint leaves 🌿 with the sugar 🍬 or simple syrup 🍯.

2️⃣ Add the lime juice 🍈 and EL GALANTE PLATA rum 🥃.

3️⃣ Fill the glass with ice 🧊 and top up with soda or sparkling water 💦.

4️⃣ Stir gently 🌀 to mix.

5️⃣ Garnish with a sprig of mint 🌿 and a slice of lime 🍈.
